Our Umrah services are available to our clients throughout the Umrah season, including the month of Ramadhan. Our services include airline reservation, hotel reservation, visa processing with the Saudi Consulate, meet and assist in Saudi Arabia, ground transportation in Saudi Arabia and tours to religious and historical sites in Makkah and Madinah. Our Umrah packages range from the economical to the most comfortable. Besides the published Umrah packages, we provide customized package for individuals and families as well as private groups and organizations.

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR UMRAH 2020-2021

Documents must be sent a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your departure date:  Applicant must submit an original-readable passport with a validity of at least six (6) months.

  • If applicant is not a Canadian citizen, a copy of your PR card, advanced parole or valid visa.
  • The passport should have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.
  • Applicant must submit two (2) recent passport size color photograph with a white background. (The photograph must be a full-face view in which the visa applicant is facing the camera directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.)
  • A completed application form filled-out with black ink or printed.
  • The Mahram should write his complete information on the application forms of his spouse and children or any relative with whom he is traveling. He should also provide copies of marriage or birth certificates. 
  • All women are required to travel for Umrah with a Mahram. Proof of kinship must be submitted with the application form. Women over the age of forty-five (45) may travel without a Mahram with a group, they must, however, submit a no objection letter from her husband, son or brother authorizing her to travel for Umrah with the named group. This letter should be notarized.
  • Applicant must submit proof of vaccination for Meningitis. For infants and children up to fifteen (15) years of age, a vaccination report is required for polio as well as meningitis and polio. Children over fifteen (15) years of age should present the same vaccinations requested for adults.
  • Umrah visas will only be granted once the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have approved the applicant’s request. 
  • The validity of the Umrah visa is one month. The length of stay in the Kingdom will depend on the duration of the Umrah program chosen by the applicant. 
  • Minors (under 18 years of age) will not be granted an Umrah visa if not accompanied by their family and travelling with one parent must submit a notarized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by either parents or legal guardians.
  • If the applicant has converted to Islam, he/she should provide an Islamic certificate notarized by an Islamic Center.  Proof of relationship:  i. For parent – son or daughter relationship, provide a birth certificate or if the FULL name of the parent is on the son or daughter’s passport then it is accepted. 
  • For husband and wife: marriage certificate ONLY The marriage certificate must be stamped from a notary and it must be in English, Arabic, or French. Any other language must be translated.
  • Please note that we no longer take photocopies that are not notarized.
  • Confirm airline ticket: from Canada to Saudi and from Saudi to Canada.
  • Pilgrims who have non-Muslim names must have a statement from any Islamic center showing their conversion to Islam. 
  • Non-Canadian applicants must submit a clear photocopy for both side of the Permanent Residence card.  For married women travelling alone, the following is required:
    • She has to be over 45 years old.
    • A permission letter from husband signed and stamped by notary.
    • A copy of ID showing signature of Muhrem (passport or driver license).
  • For single, divorced or widow women, the following is required:
    • She has to be over 45 years old.
    • A letter from legal Muhrem that must be signed and stamped by notary.
    • A copy of ID showing signature of muhrem (passport or driver license).
